Location was good for us. Breakfast options were very good. It was nice that every day the hot options varied. Waffle maker needed the spray to keep the waffles from sticking. The person working at the breakfast area was very nice and kept area clean and items stocked. We had a king suite. It was a large room. King size bed was extremely comfortable. My son said the pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable - it needs a new and thicker mattress. Shower water pressure was great. We were there during a very hot time, had to run air conditioner at lower temp than normal to keep room cool, but AC worked!

The room was an excellent size; plenty of area to move around in. The staff was EXCELLENT!! The original handicap-accessible room I had reserved did not have a walk-in shower. The facility did have one room like that, and the staff was very accommodating to switch rooms for us. We had a couple of housekeeping/maintenance requests, and those were handled very quickly. All the staff were just awesome! They were extremely: friendly, pleasant, and helpful! Breakfast was delicious too.

I wanted to leave a review to praise the two ladies from the reception desk . Both ladies, the night clerk and the morning (Dee) were incredibly nice and accommodating to our family. I really wish I had caught the lady at check-ins name, both were fantastic! The hotel itself was nice enough but the customer service really made it exceptional!

the check in lady the staff as a whole were wonderful. One lady helped us several times and was kind and responsive. I was worried about some children and she cared. She helped us with directions and was kind when I locked the key in my room. It was roomy and the cleaning staff did a fine job. Thank you so much!!!!
